I offer patient-centered and compassionate health care in a safe, non-judgmental environment. After listening to your concerns – whether you are suffering from pain, stress, infertility, or you just want to improve your overall well-being – we will work together to create a treatment plan especially for you.
During this phase, the office will be open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from 10am to 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You will also see fewer appointments available each day. This change ensures I have adequate time in between each patient to perform a thorough cleaning & disinfection of the treatment space & common areas; as well as, sufficient PPE to provide your service safely.
The online scheduler can accommodate RETURN ACUPUNCTURE, FOOT REFLEXOLOGY, LOW-LEVEL LIGHT THERAPY, AND RAINDROP visits only. New acupuncture patients and those wishing to add low-level light therapy to their acupuncture visit, will need to schedule via phone or e-mail. As the situation improves, facial rejuvenation will be reintegrated back into the offerings.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT schedule an appointment if you (or someone you have been in contact with over the previous two weeks) are experiencing any of the following symptoms (that cannot be attributed to a chronic condition such as chronic fatigue or IBS):
New shortness of breath
New fever or feel feverish
New chills or repeated shaking with chills
New sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
New nasal congestion
New muscles aches that are not caused by specific activity such as exercise
During this time, there will be NO CHARGE for late cancellations due to illness (or suspected illness). Please reach out directly to your general provider for next steps of care. You may reschedule your acupuncture visit two weeks after your LAST symptom has cleared.
Currently, practice guidelines highly recommend both patient and practitioner wear a face mask during the visit. I am asking patients to kindly wear a mask to help keep me safe since I will be exposed to multiple people each day. I do anticipate that there may be portions of the treatment where your mask will need to be removed (ie face down for a back treatment). I will provide a way for you to safely remove your mask and keep it clean until you are ready to reuse it.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT
Please remain in your car until your appointment time. The chair outside the office has been removed to respect social distancing guidelines and you will find the reception door locked until 5 minutes before your appointment. Please take this time to visit the restroom, wash your hands, and (if you haven’t already) put on your face mask. Once I am ready for you, I will open the door and do a quick no touch temperature check BEFORE entering the office. Once inside, we will head straight to the treatment room. I am unable to accommodate additional guests at this time. If someone has accompanied you to your visit, please have them wait outside in the car for you.
HOW AM I PREPARING FOR YOU?
I am allotting a full 30 minutes in between each patient to ensure adequate time for the cleaning & disinfection of the treatment space as well as the common areas with an EPA & FDA registered hospital grade disinfectant. This disinfectant is fragrance free, non-irritating to the eyes and skin, contains no harsh chemicals, and the active breaks down into water and oxygen...so it’s safer for you and the planet! I will also be using this time to run a full cycle of my UltraHEPA air purifier.
Thieves foaming hand soap will be available in both restrooms. This plant-based soap is excellent at cleaning your skin without over drying it & it has been my preferred soap during this time of “extra” hand-washing. The formula contains no sulfates, dyes, synthetic fragrances, or harsh chemicals. You will also find Thieves Hand Sanitizer available for your use.
If you prefer a no touch payment method, please let me know prior to the day of your appointment so I may send you an invoice. All payments are due in full at (or before) time of service.
