scheduling
The office is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from 10am to 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The online scheduler is available for most services. New patients and those wishing to add low-level light therapy to their acupuncture or microcurrent facial visit will need to schedule via phone or e-mail.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT schedule an appointment if you or someone you have been in contact with over the previous two weeks are experiencing any of the following symptoms (that cannot be attributed to a chronic condition such as chronic fatigue or IBS): cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, vomiting, diarrhea, or muscles aches that are not caused by specific activity such as exercise.
LATE ARRIVAL/CANCELLATION POLICY
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. Every effort is made to ensure your appointment begins and ends on time. In order to honor the treatment time reserved for each of my patients, late arrivals will have their treatment time reduced by the amount of time they are late. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Messages received after close of business day are considered to have been received the following business day and will not fulfill the 24 hour requirement. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to full charge of service against their account.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT
The suite door remains locked during patient sessions & during the disinfection process in between sessions. While I prepare for your arrival, feel free to visit the restroom located down the hall. Every effort is made for me to unlock the door and greet you five minutes before your appointment begins. Masks are no longer required but are available upon request.

I'm pleased to announce that my office now has two dedicated patient parking spots in front of the building. You'll find these spots located next to the handicapped parking just to the left of the entrance.
The office is located on the second floor of the 5030 Sadler Place – North Court building.
